Welcome back from your holiday! And welcome…to the first edition of Village News, your monthly update on all that is new, fun and exciting from the world of Village Drinks.

New for 2007! – Village People

Seeing as its New Year, we thought we would do some new stuff. So, as we keep being asked to create new ways to meet people who come to our events, we’ve devised a great way to do just this.

We’re calling it Village People!

But you’re going to have to wait just a little while longer to see how it works.

But we promise, it really will be worth the wait.

A Treat for the Ladies. Village Women

Another new thing has happened - we are set to organise a special event for the ladies.  Our first event will take place on Tuesday 13th March at the fabulous Eve Club, just of Regent Street.

Free Film Preview Tickets!

For the New Year, we’re giving away 5 pairs of tickets from Time Warner to the preview of INFAMOUS on the 11th January.

INFAMOUS is a portrait of the well known New York writer and socialite, Truman Capote (Toby Jones). The film presents a compelling study of the complex and tortured relationship between Truman and Perry Smith (Daniel Craig).

Now is your chance to see this incredible film for free…

If you have received this email you are already entered in the competition.  We’ll email the lucky winners, who will appear in next month’s newsletter.

An evening with Johann Hari, Columnist, The Independent

Our political evenings have proved very popular.  So we are organizing another one.  Our 3rd politicos event will take place on the 12th February at the David-Lloyd George Room at the National Liberal Club.  Our guest speaker will be the award-winning journalist and twice-weekly columnist for The Independent, Johann Hari

Competition Winner

Many congratulations to our December competition winner, Will Barratt, who won a free Christmas facial.

Here’s a photo of the lucky little tyke, looking immeasurably pleased with himself…
